• Transfer of the finished functional website in accordance with the agreed specifications.

Any additional services are provided only under a separate written agreement (e.g., content creation, legal review, ongoing technical support, etc.).

3. Responsibility for Content

The Client bears full responsibility for all content provided for use on the website, including:

• Texts, images, videos, and other materials.
• The accuracy, legality, and originality of the content.

Disclaimer: We do not verify content for compliance with legislation, copyright infringement, or its intended purpose. The Client agrees to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the provided content.

4. Website Purpose

We create websites solely in accordance with the client’s specifications. However:

• We are not responsible for the purpose, functionality, or outcome of the created website’s operation.
• The Client ensures the website complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Any improper use of the website is the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

If the website requires integration with third-party tools, APIs, or platforms:

• We are not responsible for the performance, security, or terms of use of third-party tools.
• The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses or permissions for their use.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights to the website design and code belong to us until full payment for services is made.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights to the code and website design transfer to the client, with the exception of previously created third-party components.
• The Client confirms that they own or have the legal right to use all materials provided for the project.

7. No Warranties

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

• The performance, reliability, or functionality of the website.
• The website’s compliance with legislation, accessibility standards, or industry norms.
• The website’s ability to generate traffic, revenue, or achieve specific business goals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Individual Entrepreneur Maruha Vadim Olegovich from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Use of the website’s content or functionality.
• Any disputes related to the operation of the website.

10. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are defined in the contract, invoice, or by verbal agreement.

11. Termination of Services

• Inability to complete the project due to circumstances beyond our control.
